Brighton based band The Indelicates are presenting a West End musical in stripped down form.

As Julia from the band explains:

“Paradise Rocks is a musical in progress – one day there will be giant animatronic Tikis, a cast of several hundred and a working pyrotechnic volcano – but for now, you’ll have to make do with the limitless powers of your own imagination and the kind of stripped down staging that you can fit into a library.”

The idea of the show is to take Milton’s Paradise Lost and present it in the form of one of Elvis’ less successful movies.  Well that should make for quite an interesting night!  I’m looking forward to it.
